1. What is free Replacement or Return Policy ?

Ans: We will provide free replacement if customer received damaged product or Wrong product delivered by Us. Customer does not have to pay any return charges, All return charges will bear by our company. For that customer have to contact us with in 7 Days of product delivery.

2. How does customer return the product ?

3. Who Will Get Refund ?

Ans: If We are unable to provide you free replacement because of any reason or Unable to deliver your parcel with any reason you will get 100% refund in that case. You just have to contact us within 7 days of product delivery to claim moneyback guarantee. Payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 to 3 working days. For example, the customer who makes the payment via Credit Card will get a refund on the same Credit Card they used to make payment while placing an order. And the customer who order for cash on delivery have to provide us their banking or UPI details so we can refund them money.
